Over the past two decades, I have authored or ghostwritten more than 50 health trade books with publishers such as Random House, Penguin, Simon & Schuster, Time Warner, MacMillan, Little Brown, John Wiley, Rodale, W.W. Norton and more.

Most recently, my agent Ellen Geiger at Frances Goldin Literary Agency sold to Diane Salvatore at Broadway (six-figure deal) my collaboration entitled THE SLEEP DOCTOR'S NATURAL SLEEP SOLUTIONS FOR WOMEN (2012) with expert Dr. Michael Breus. This book will offer women at every age comprehensive advice on overcoming sleep problems and improving sleep hygene, including easily-implemented changes and specific sleep products, starting with the proper eye mask, pillow and reading light up through the most-asked question practice: "What kind of mattress is right for me?"

My latest ghostwriting project, The Anti-Alzheimer’s Prescription, written for neurologist Vincent Fortanasce, M.D., was sold at auction for a major six-figure deal to Penguin Books, who released it as a hardcover in July of 2008 (paperback July 2009).

I also just finished revising Making a Baby (Ballantine), which has been a strong seller for the past decade. I'm also finishing a proposal for a blockbuster health book for the last trimester of life.

Along with writing and ghosting trade books, I am an award-winning health and marketing writer and expert in health communication. Recently awarded Alumnus of the Year for the University of South Florida, I am a member of the American Medical Writers Association and the Association of Health Care Journalists, and have a 20-year background in health research, writing, publishing and the online market.

Since 2007, I've been an Editorial Consultant for WebMD.com, working directly with the Chief Medical Editor, Michael W.
